All the customers of Send Flowers to India will be bound by these "Terms and Conditions"
- We at Send Flowers to India only guarantee delivery on a specified date and not within a specified time frame. Hence any refund requests or complaints relating to "Delivery within a specified time frame" won't be entertained. For peak seasons like "Valentine's Day", "Mother's Day", "Diwali" etc. the order can arrive as late as 11 P.M.
- In case of non-availability of certain product, we at Send Flowers to India reserve the right to substitute any product with another product of equal or higher value. This is done to ensure timely delivery of order. Substitution Policy applies to all the products listed on the website. Substitution Policy for some of the products is listed below. No complaints stating that the "Product is not the same as shown on the website" will be entertained.
- We can only guarantee the quality of the flowers. For any other product such as "Teddy Bear", "Cakes", "Fruits", "Wine", "Mithai", "Dry Fruit" etc. the respective brand owner will be responsible for the quality of the product.
- We only guarantee "Same Day Delivery" if the order is placed before 5 PM IST and the order is to be delivered within City Limits. If the order is placed after our Cut-Off time the "Same Day Delivery" may not be guaranteed. Also "Same Day Delivery" may be unavailable for certain remote places and villages regardless of the "Cut-Off" time.
- Any complaint regarding quality of the product needs to be made within 24 hours of delivery. No claims whatsoever will be entertained after the deadline is crossed.
- Any cancellation request of confirmed order can be made 1 day prior to the delivery date provided the products involved are only flowers. In case of other products like cake etc. "Cancellation" may or may not be allowed.
- No refund requests will be entertained in case of failed delivery due to Inaccurate/Incomplete details provided by the sender. The same applies if the recipient refuses to accept the order.
- We at Send Flowers to India reserve the right to contact the recipient before delivery to make sure that the recipient is at home or office at the time of delivery. Any requests to "Keep the delivery a surprise" may be ignored.
- While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
Hotel
- Full address of the hotel.
- Room No.
- Telephone number of the hotel.
- Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
Hospital
- Full address of the hospital.
- Ward number or name.
- Home address of recipient with phone number.
- We may not be able to provide a signed POD for orders going to "Funeral Homes", "Hotels", "Hospitals", "Marriage Halls", "Mourning Family", "Hostels" etc. Any refund requests on grounds of our inability to provide a signed POD won't be entertained.
- If we at Send Flowers to India are unable to deliver any order, the customer will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. A refund will be made only if the delivery failed due to our mistake or if the area is non-serviceable.
